If you sent through the Postal Service:

If you did not receive a tracking number there is no way to track it. ┬áPriority Mail and First Class Mail is supposed to take 2-5 days to reach the destination but has taken more than 2 weeks, and sometimes won’t arrive at all. ┬áThis is the risk of sending without tracking information.
